The whole stay was pleasant. People were nice, it was just that they didnt make up room consistently.

The location is very good for Pitt or Carnegie-Mellon. The room was great and the check-in was friendly and fast. The parking is adjacent so that was nice. Sad to pay an additional $22 on top of room The bar was lively enough without being too much I was happy to be able to get breakfast starting at 6:30- and the food was good. I will stay here again.

The room was clean Huy there was a used coffee pod on the counter when I entered the room. I was able to report it but didn’t anymore bother to change rooms since the hotel was full.

房間挺大的，設施很新，很乾凈，就是隔音一般。

地點比較偏遠，而且緊鄰高速路非常吵，旅館有提供耳塞，但是不管用。優點是房間很大、乾淨。

入住那天的兩位前台及第二天的早飯服務員令我們感覺冷冷的，和其他幾處見到的服務水準有一定的差距。房間正當四條馬路交界處，也比較吵。第二天的前台和第三天的早餐服務員明顯體現了酒店人員的專業度。可見，並不是匹茲堡這裏整體氣質冷，而是酒店工作人員的服務意識和水平有一定的差異。

離匹茲堡同學住房較近，比較安靜，方便。

酒店設施比較新，略有些偏僻，周邊沒有吃飯的地方，有自己的停車場收費停車，南邊有條河，附近遇到很多野生的黑頸鵝，還有成片的草地和野花

提前預訂的酒店，半夜到達入住也很快捷。酒店附近有不少餐廳可以選擇，可以步行到CMU和匹茨堡大學。
