Nice place great service

Worst experience ever! Booked and paid a room with double bed and sofa bed for three adults and received a room with just a double bed! Upon arrival found the room door open, a used towel in the bathroom and even the trash bin was not emptied! Disgusting! Further staff was not willing to help, unfriendly and offensive! I fehlt threatened! J. even yelled at me!!! Overall not even worth 2 stars, floor was not even vacuumized when we came into our room 406! The cheapest windows available! It was so loud that we thought the train drives through our room! I cannot recommend this disgusting place, it's a shame!

The staff at the Pittsburgh downtown location were extremely friendly and extremely helpful. Very accommodating to all of our room needs and the location is perfect if you plan on going to the David L Lawrence Convention center. A short 5 minute walk, cutting through the Westin that is right across the street makes it easy and convenient to beat the summer heat in July. Steven and Tyrell were absolutely AMAZING!!! They were out go-to's the entire weekend. They were so personable, friendly, and easy to talk to; made a huge lasting impression, making us want to stay here next year. The rooms were so spacious, amazing Apartments style, full kitchen, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer units, massive closet- better than any hotel in the area.

Perfect location close to so many things. My son and I walked to the Heinz Museum and walked to a concert a PPG Paints arena. Rooms are large and beautiful! Kitchen and laundry living area separate from bedroom. Like an apartment. Very clean. Full fridge, microwave, stove, sink, toaster, etc. Free coffee all day in the lobby. Stunny entrance, used to be the train station, looks like grand central in NYC. Service was very friendly and helpful. Only thing I would say is uber drivers have a hard time finding the entrance when entering the address so had to direct them a few times.

All I can say is happy,fun,clean friendly and I will be back to this placemakr this is my second home from home thank you very much

Nice downtown location close to The Cultural District. Extremely nice staff. They attended to my requests. Would definitely stay again.

The experience was wonderful. The staff was great and the room was amazing. Very clean. The building is gorgeous.

Truly lovely space! The big windows and the high ceilings makes it feel so spacious. The kitchen had everything needed and the decor was lovely. Definitely would stay here again.

Super friendly staff. Clean updated rooms. A little confusing to get to, but once you figure it out you’re good .
