Close enough to Carnegie Mellon and assessable to town area for food and business meetings. Free water would have been nice to provide but overall staff is good and hotel has good facilities

The front desk staff were really helpful and friendly. When we asked for directions, they even walked us outside to show us the way. They provided two bottles of mineral water in the room every day, which was a nice touch. The location is convenient, and the window faces the Steel Building.
