Everything is very clean it’s close to the stadium for the football game we went to we just took the Gateway Clipper which takes you right to the Stadium we will be back

For two of 4 day stay, physically went to front desk, to explain room was not being cleaned. Two days went to desk, and two days still not clean. Last night at 3:30 am, kids not staying at hotel running up and down the halls screaming. "Sky Lobby" not working, just seems to be place for staff to hide from guests. Seemed almost expected by staff that no one was cleaning room daily. Never return

Room showed wear and tear-shower could use new caulk. The lobby on the 25th floor was a let down. Very inconvenient to travel up then down to street level for everything. Reception staff was not polished-Not on brand for and Embassy Suite. Overall felt more like a 2 star hotel experience. Nothing terrible but just not what we expected.

Delicious breakfast and social hour snacks with drinks, daily! Parking next door in the Oliver garage was very convenient and cheaper. Perfect location for walking across both rivers! Would definitely recommend!

Received no house keeping for the 3 nights we stayed. Had to ask for tp, clean towels etc. When i enquired about hoise keeping i was treated extremely rudely by front desk. Beautiful property and common areas were excellent, as was the complimentary breakfast.

The breakfast with a wide varieties to choose. The staff are nice and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. The blanket is soft and comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Always seek out embassy suites when staying out of town because of breakfast/ complimentary two drinks! In the evening at the bar.. this place was horrible! One drink in two hours because they had one guy working and allowing children to get pop at this beverage window! On to the breakfast… breakfast bar was cold and not kept up ! Only thing that was eatable was the very nice gentleman making the omelettes! This was on Saturday March 26 2026 ! I won’t be staying again
