Manolis Apartments Plakias

Although we had booked a pet friendly room for 2 nights, August 13-15 and had already paid, the owner refused to even see our reservation. He was rude and aggressive. At first he told us that he doesn't accept any other company but only the booking, then he told us that we have made a mistake and we have to go to Malia, 2.5 hours away. We explained to him that we have not made a mistake. We are from the area and we know very well where we booked a room. Then he started yelling hysterically and banging his hand on the counter chasing us away. His voices alarmed his customers who came out to the balconies to see what was happening. In the end he told us that he doesn't accept animals anyway, although the room search criterion from our side was that it be pet friendly and so it was written in our reservation. I don't know the rooms, because we never used them, but I definitely do not recommend Manolis apartments in Plakias, because the owner is unreliable, rude and a peasant.

Ci siamo trovate molto bene, io e mia figlia diciottenne, abbiamo passato 4 notti in questa struttura molto ben ubicata. La sera uscivamo tranquillamente a piedi e con pochi passi eravamo in centro. Forse l'unica pecca è stata la climatizzazione, presente ma non funzionante al top. Avevamo una stanza provvista di cucinino al primo piano vista piscina.

Uitstekend appartement, schoon en ruim met een groot balkon en zwembad. Eigenaar uiterst vriendelijk. Dichtbij de kust en restaurants.zwembad werd om de twee dagen schoongemaakt en er stonden genoeg bedden voor alle gasten. Volgend jaar weer boeken.
