Palasiet Thalasso Clinic&Hotel

It was a dream stay! The setting was magnificent, the meals extraordinary, the staff attentive and discreet. No false note. The thalassotherapy in a seawater swimming pool got us back into shape as well as the massages, sea**** baths and aqua-gym. Awesome !

They gave us a voucher for a thermal tour plus a 40' relaxing massage and food at the Palasiet club. The normal thermal tour, but the massage, performed by Laura, was wonderful, with great professionalism and delicacy. And the food at the club was 10, as always we have been. Good attention and quality of all the dishes, there were many people, we did not have to wait, everything was very coordinated and on point. The good professionalism of everyone is evident. We will be back.

I am a lover of this wonderful place but I have to say that I have really missed the friendliness and kindness of Marta, the most dedicated worker on the fantastic terrace...we returned many times because of her because there are few professionals like her....

Last week I went with my father to the Thalaso Palasiet to do the biomarine tour, massages and also eat at the Palasiet club. I have been a regular customer for a thousand years. I have left a fortune over the years, as has my father. The person who assisted us this time told us that the 10-session voucher that my father had had expired and that he still had 7 sessions left to spend, he threw it in the trash. Indeed, the voucher had expired, but there was a pandemic and it could not be spent, and for years after the pandemic, when the center was reopened, they did not offer all the services, in addition to the fact that older people were at risk and could not attend. In fact, on other occasions they accepted my expired voucher as normal. And the answer of "they wouldn't have noticed" doesn't work for me. And this cannot be now yes, not now, for you until this year, for the other until this month... Because since the way of proceeding is so unprofessional, what you should have done (to an older person who for the covid and post covid she couldn't go and regular customers, this lady must have been new) to have given her an alternative, that she had just spent it for example during the vacation period but not throwing it away with the money that it is and also seeing that we were going to leave That specific day more money in other services. In addition to all this, when they did the massage they took me to a small room that is not the one in the massage area, on a super uncomfortable stretcher, at the pool I had to ask for towels, etc. The showers are broken, there were jacuzzis that didn't work, anyway. Very young staff and they are always chatting among themselves or with their cell phones instead of keeping an eye on the clients...there is a lack of professionals like there were not long ago...we miss people who are no longer here and who leave a huge void ....youth is not always better than seniority

It is the third year that I spend the summer in Benicassim, the last two summers I have gone to the palace to get some treatment and when they are vouchers or treatments that have some kind of continuity there is some kind of misunderstanding, on the 4th I had a treatment and I went and I did not They had me signed up, they treated me the same way but with mistrust and today the same thing happened to me again, I went to get the treatment and they had me signed up in the morning when I booked it in the afternoon, in the end I had to go home and book for another day. With what these bonds cost, they should be more careful.

We have been staying for four days and the experience has been excellent. The hotel is a quiet space, ideal for disconnecting, with spacious and well-kept outdoor spaces. The room, which faced the sea, was exceptional, with two terraces because it was on the corner. Very remarkable cleanliness. The restaurant is fantastic, the balance in the food is admirable. The attention of the staff is also excellent. Let's retire.
