Renaissance Fort Lauderdale West Hotel

The service was excellent. The hotel in general was clean and spotless

We had higher expectations for Renaissance in terms of hardware and amenities. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good for the price. “Starbucks” is NOT a real Starbucks, just a counter service with a coffee machine. The staff in charge were not very professional and the machine was malfunctioned when I tried to make a purchase.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing from check-in to check-out, always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything I needed. Their excellent customer service made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The on-site restaurant was fantastic, offering delicious food and great service. It was very convenient to have such a high-quality dining option right at the hotel. I also loved the amenities, especially the pool and gym. The pool area was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding, while the gym was well-equipped and maintained, making it easy to keep up with my fitness routine. My room was extremely comfortable, clean, and inviting. It provided a relaxing atmosphere that made me feel right at home after a long day. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and outstanding amenities. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and very comfortable. Some updates needed but still a nice stay.

SMELLS GREAT IN THE LOBBY! 4.2/5 stars! Room was amazing, only issue we had was a shower curtain that was pretty misplaced and hung up with cracked side pieces using stickys. Sort of got the entire bathroom wet when someone showered.

5 days after my checkout I had a random charge. Could NEVER get to speak with a real person from the hotel.
