The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The pool area is beautiful with daily entertainment. Breakfast is a buffet with plenty of choices, and every evening there's a different themed dinner buffet at the hotel. The reception staff are very helpful and offer great advice! Rooms are tidied daily (if requested). There's an incredible, huge golf course! ⛳️ The spa is an extra cost (as it's independent from the hotel). I recommend this hotel; it has a lovely family-friendly atmosphere! 💛☀️ 🏊♀️ Siam Mall and Siam Park are nearby! (Plan to rent a car or take a taxi as it's difficult to get around on foot; the roads aren't very pedestrian-friendly!)

Best value price service, excellent swimming pool

The room was indeed spacious, but the decor was quite old. The hotel breakfast was decent. However, I had an unpleasant experience. I booked two separate nights through Ctrip, but when I checked in, the staff didn't clarify how many nights I was staying. The next day, when I returned to the hotel, I found my previous room locked with all my belongings still inside. After some discussion and negotiation, I was able to get my luggage back, but many items were missing, especially valuable ones. The hotel offered no compensation.

The breakfast was really good and well organized. There are lots of activities you can do in the hotel (pool, sauna, spa, gym, table tennis, billiard and other games) and the golf area around looks great from above (I don't play golf though). The beach and other sights (e.g. Siam park) are close by and easy accessable by car or taxi The room was huge but needs some renovation (e.g. there was a broken flagstone in my bath room and a rupture on the couch)

Friendly service, always helpful. Breakfast was tasty and with lots of choices. You need mostly a taxi to truly move around, but that's not a big issue, in my opinion. Spacious rooms with nice balcony and the pool was great.

Abit far out and up a big hill that you have to come back down, but lovely location. Plenty of sun beds. Evening entertainment and breakfast buffet was warm and enjoyable.

Hygiene: As you can see in the pictures, the sheets were so dirty you couldn't sleep on them. It was like a cheap 30-yuan motel. Luckily, I brought my own disposable sheets, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to sleep at all. Service: After arriving at the hotel at 6 PM and getting a room key from the front desk, I went out and searched for ten minutes without finding it. I went back to the front desk and asked them to find someone to guide me, but they said no one was there. They just pointed me in a random direction, and I went out again for five minutes, still without finding it. Finally, a kind passerby helped us find it. Dragging two suitcases for twenty or thirty minutes, I was really getting angry. It wasn't that I was stupid, but there were no signs anywhere, and we were using emergency exits everywhere. Who the hell could find this? Facilities: The Wi-Fi was terrible, intermittent. The signal was even worse inside the room. There was absolutely no signal in the basement; you had to drive outside for the GPS to work.

I really liked the hotel! Spacious rooms, good food, beautiful grounds. On the downside, there's a golf course around it, and there's no direct access, so you have to walk around it a lot. :)
