THB Niagara

A lovely hotel located not far from the beach and in a lively area (do your research!) with a charming, attentive, and kind team.

The staff were incredibly kind and always available to help. I had requested a quiet room as I was there for important exams, not a holiday, and they were very attentive to my request, assigning me a room away from the noise where it was wonderfully peaceful. The only minor issue was some slightly noisy German tourists in the corridor during the night, but they quieted down quickly, and obviously, that's down to the guests' manners, not the hotel. The food was really excellent, especially the breakfast: very varied and plentiful. The restaurant staff were also always smiling, kind, and professional. Overall, a very positive experience; I would happily return.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff!!! Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and they even offered complimentary sparkling wine. The pool area is okay, but could be made a bit more inviting. The instructions for operating the safe were incorrect; I had to ask at the reception. Several other guests had the same issue and didn't even bother using it. After 10 PM, access is only possible with a key card (a wristband, which I found a little bothersome). The location is top-notch, right in the heart of the action. Because of this, you should be prepared for some noise – either party noise on the side facing Bierkönig or the clatter of empty bottle collection early in the morning on the other side. I'd happily come back. All in all, a very good hotel.
