Wonderful beachfront hotel in central Playa De Palma. Super friendly welcome on arrival and all staff appear happy in their work and are exceptionally well presented. Rooms, indoor/outdoor leisure, dining and entertainment facilities all second to none and sparkling clean. Would not hesitate to visit this superb hotel when next in the area

Friendly welcome, very nice, clean room, good breakfast, but many of the staff in the breakfast room weren't very friendly. One lady, even after politely asking twice, still didn't bring me coffee. Another man, who supposedly didn't understand me, said he wasn't Spanish but Arabic. I asked for a cappuccino, but it wasn't available, even though other guests did have one. I then asked the younger Spanish "camarero" (a young Spanish woman), and a cappuccino was immediately available. The spa was small but warm.

It's pretty good. The beach is just a few steps away in front of the hotel. It's very cost-effective in the peak season. Free parking is available on the small street next to it, which is also quite convenient.

Das Hotel hat die perfekte Lage! Ich hatte auch ein Zimmer mit dem Blick aufs Meer und es war wirklich ein Traum. Der Service war gut, die Mitarbeiter bemüht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und auch recht geräumig. Was mir überhaupt nicht gefallen hat war die Hellhörigkeit DER Zimmer. Es war wirklich sehr schlimm! Ich habe die anderen Hotelgäste sowohl auf den Flur als auch neben meinem Zimmer gehört und konnte kaum schlafen. Auch nach einem Zimmerwechel weiter weg vom Aufzug wurde es nicht besser! Daher für Personen mit einem leichten Schlaf kann ich es überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Der Spa Bereich auf den ich mich sehr gefreut habe, war auch leider eher eine Enttäuschung da es viel zu eng war mit ein paar anderen Gästen.

Schönes Hotel, sehr sauber, nettes Hotelpersonal und eine super Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade. Morgens aufwachen und aus einem sehr schönen Zimmer direkt aufs Meer schauen. Was will man mehr? Im November sicher nichts für Partypeople, dafür aber für Menschen, die Ruhe suchen und lange Strandspaziergänge am kilometerlangen, menschenleeren Strand lieben. Klare Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Location, Location, Location!!! This hotel is steps away from the beach and we had amazing views of the beach and sunset from our balcony. The hotel room and grounds were immaculate. The outdoor pool area was excellent. The front desk person that checked us in was AMAZING ( I wish I had gotten his name) He was friendly and provided us with local information on restaurants, shopping and excursions.

Very good hotel. We come here several times a year and we will come back. It's on a quiet location, just behind Balinario 9.

the hotel is very clean, everyone is friendly and nice, at the reception in the restaurant... the view from the room is unreal, on the beach and the sea. we are delighted
