"The location of a hotel is great but it can be a bit better, it is maybe 5-10 minutes walk from Playa de Palma also all bus stations are near. The hotel itself is nice, rooms and everything is very clean, although the room could be a bit more spacious. Also keep in mind that shower has glass walls so it will not be that private. Our balcony was facing the wall. Breakfast was nice, however repetitive, with no different choices during your stay and one time salad was unwashed ( found a lot of dirt on my plate). Service can be a bit faster. But overall it left a nice impression! :)"

"A very nice and renovated hotel. There's room for improvement, though. The staff at reception are extremely friendly and helpful. Not once did they frown at a question – incredibly kind. We arrived late and hungry in the evening, around 10:30 pm. We were served a cold buffet in the restaurant. Very courteous and delicious. The restaurant was good, whether for breakfast or dinner; you certainly didn't go hungry. We didn't use the pool or the bar. The room was cleaned daily. The only drawback was the not-so-clean bed linens. We found some stains and hairs on them. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The airport is a 10-minute taxi ride from the hotel. A bus stop is a 1-minute walk from the hotel. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended for a short stay of a few days."

When we checked in for our three-night stay, we found a fan in the room because the air conditioning wasn't working. The room was almost 30 degrees Celsius. We put up with it that night, but when we complained the next day, they moved us to another room. The staff were very good, though."

"We had already paid £480 online through Trip.com for a double room for 3 nights. However, upon arrival, the hotel demanded an additional €400 simply because a second guest would be staying in the room. What made this even more unreasonable was that I checked the exact same room type on multiple other dates, and the price was identical whether selecting 1 adult or 2 adults. The listing itself also clearly indicated that the room rate included accommodation for 2 adults. Despite this, the hotel still charged an extra €400 at check-in. This additional amount only included breakfast and city tax for the second guest — there was absolutely no room upgrade, no extra bed, and no additional service provided. In fact, the amount charged was so excessive that it was close to the price of booking an entirely separate room. At check-in, the hotel stated that if we refused to pay, the second guest would not be allowed to stay. We tried multiple times to communicate with the hotel in a polite and constructive way, but there was no flexibility or reasonable attempt to resolve the issue. I completely understand paying reasonable extra charges for breakfast or local taxes, but the way this situation was handled felt extremely unfair and poorly communicated in advance. Trip.com customer service was actually very helpful throughout the process and even provided compensation themselves, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel remained unwilling to address the situation fairly. The property itself may be nice, but this experience left us feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and taken advantage of. Transparency and fairness in pricing are essential, especially for international travelers."

"It's very close to the airport. The hotel is newly opened, very clean, upscale, and beautiful. The rooms are huge, fully equipped with all kinds of appliances and kitchenware. The bed is very comfortable. The location is excellent, with several large supermarkets nearby. There's also a Chinese and Japanese restaurant nearby, super cheap and delicious; I ate there for several days. Trust me, just order the buffet."
