This hotel was amazing and the roof top pool was perfect! The Mother’s day brunch was amazing.

The pool was amazing. Also the location is not far away from the beach.

Central location with easy access to attractions. Nice cafes and restaurants nearby, and only a few minutes walk to the ADO bus station. The room is spacious and comfortable.

It was an amazing experience, location is great and the coffee house is amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in playa del Carmen

Property was developed in 2017 - but similar to other constructions in Mexico it was developed hastily and with poor materials. The wear and tear on the property, and lack of maintenance is noticeable. As for the plumbing situation, the stench of sewage came from the bathroom every night. When the neighbours showered, you could hear the water system very loudly. In general, it was more of a 3.5- 4 star hotel - definitely not 5.

Location is great. Checkin was easy. Rooms are spacious with a little kitchenette (stove cooktop & microwave) but there’s no dishes or utensils to cook. Decent coffee/tea setup. Nice robes. Medium sized fridge with freezer section. City view rooms do not have balconies and face street with view of ice cream shop and laundromat. Pool is warm & pool towels available. 1 block from the busy street and 2 blocks from beach. There’s a bar with a pool table, foosball, and darts where happy hour was offered for an hour daily. BREAKFAST WAS NOT WORTH WAKING EARLY FOR. Very limited options and was cold. Also after checking our reservation at the breakfast restaurant they were insisting we pay for it when we paid for it with the reservation. Also felt the breakfast staff were a bit rude when I tried asking for details on the station others were lining up for reminding me of things that were included or not.

This is a clean hotel in Playa del Carmen. However, it's quite expensive for the area. I arrived early and asked if there was a room I could check in early. They said they had a downgrade, so I asked. I asked the manager and was told it wasn't possible. Apparently, it wasn't a no-no. All other hotels allow early check-in if there's room availability. Even if you arrive early, it seems like you have to be there at the check-in time.

The location is good haha I used Uber when I went there, but Uber is not available in this location Please note that taxi fares are almost fixed

The facilities are good, the service is okay, but the breakfast isn't that great.

The room was in good condition as was the pool area. In the restaurant, the waiters were always friendly and the food was good. Only at the end did they want to charge us $100 for a tip that we supposedly left the day we didn't use the restaurant, but it was quickly resolved.

It's a good location to go to Coco Bongo and it's good for walking around here and there. No matter how I look at it, this place seems to be the best in the area. ㅎㅎ

Overall the hotel was clean, but the facilities were noticeably old - the bathroom mirror was dirty, the shower nozzle didn't work, and the water pressure was weak. There was also a party on the first floor or on the rooftop that went on until nearly midnight, so the music was loud and I was woken up by the constant sound of chairs being pulled from the floor above at around 3am. The breakfast was good on the first day but not so good on the second day. I also didn't understand why I was charged an additional fee on the day, even though I had booked and paid the rate which included accommodation tax. It's well located, but considering the price it is a Samsung hotel.
