Pleasant and happy staff who were quick to fix problems in the rooms. A bit too hard beds. Would have been good with a floor scraper in the shower. Otherwise fresh and clean everywhere. Big Poolarea and the kids had their own poolarea a bit away, That`s nice for me with no kids. Good food and drink.

So very pleased with our stay, it was absolutely perfect. The only negatives was the very chilly pools and perhaps that the cleaners didn't know a word of English. Not the easiest to explain the tiny ants in the bathroom, but when we finally understood each other, the problem was immediately solved. Everything else was absolutely great and we will definitely be back.

Was here in cristmastime for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time Everything you need too have a great time during holyday is here inside the hotelpark Staff is supernice and friendly and no problems, verry good cleaning in rooms and outside on the hotelpark grounds. Verry good breakfast in morning Always something going on in daytime and nighttime for children and adults Recoment this hotel for all the money we pay for it

Lovely hotel very clean only downside was no all-inclusive until 11am /If are a family kids want soft drinks from early.Room spotless nice size would definitely return here very near to everything

Great food, restaurant staff more than friendly, so are the animators of the children's programs, namely Adam/Adin very helpful and accommodating, the children loved him! Swimming in the pool is great for both adults and children. Unfortunately, the overall impression was spoiled by the reception, specifically the receptionist named Leti, whom we asked for professional technical assistance in removing the balloon that the children had kicked on the roof of the bungalow. She said, literally, that she can't and won't help us with it and won't provide anything. I was shocked by her unfriendly behavior. Subsequently, after two days, I asked for help from the manager, who was passing by our bungalow, and we still had a balloon in the bungalow that evening. The next day he came to ask if everything was alright. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask him his name, but at least this way, thank you very much! After a bad experience with Leti, we preferred to turn to other receptionists, we liked to communicate with Mr. Manola, for example, he always handled everything smoothly to our satisfaction.

I highly recommend this hotel. We travelled as a family 2 adults and 3 children. The welcome by the staff at reception was fantastic, our room was a 2 bedroom bungalow it was perfect and the size was great rather then a small hotel room. The bungalow was clean and modern with everything you need. The food was great plenty of options we went all inclusive, the restaurant had a calm modoren atmosphere. Drinks were great genuine fizzy options and fantastic pina colada. The restaurant staff work so hard keeping it clean and are very helpful. The pools and splash park were great for all ages plenty of sun beds and for all ages. The entertainment was varied and suitable for all and was of good quality.. we loved the sax performance! Kids cub was varied for all ages, plenty to join in on. Overall staff welcoming always smiling which says alot. I cannot fault this hotel, clean, great atmosphere, modern, friendly and accomadation great for a family. We absolutely loved it here for a week and would recommend going its been a great time with some wonderful memories made best hotel we have stayed. :)

Lovely place which is spotlessly clean, the staff are lovely really helpful and friendly, The accommodation are small villa like rooms with a lounge, bedroom and bathroom. I can't say about self catering as we didn't go in one. There were plenty of sun loungers and two pools one of which was full of children and the other was mostly adults A few smalll things that let it down for us were if you wanted a safe deposit box you had to pay a daily rate, and if you wanted a pool towels you had to give a deposit,which we have never known with all inclusive. These were very small issues and did not spoil our enjoyment of what was a great holiday, However the food was at best only ever lukewarm so you had to microwave everything if you wanted it hot and I must say I don't think it was cleaned all the time we were there. Overall a fab time

We booked 1 week all inclusive in a premium bungalow toward the end of the May half term for 2 adults and 2 children (10 & 13). The beds are really comfortable and the room was cleaned each day except Sunday. The staff here are so friendly, especially Eduardo and Carlos at the family and joy bar. The weather was lovely and hot although overcast a lot, but it was to be expected for this time of year. We still came back with lovely tans. The pools are only a little chilly when you first go in but after that they are perfectly fine. We spent most days at the splash park. There were always lots of loungers available. The main pool was also great, never busy, and the loungers in the whirl pool are fab. I was worried about the food after reading reviews however as a vegetarian there was always so many options to eat. I absolutely loved the food, it was lovely and warm and tasted amazing. So many different options to cater for all. I found it was quite varied each day. My children always found plenty to eat aswel. I didn't realise the Italian restaurant is only open on a Friday and Saturday for dinner (you get one free meal here) so we missed out on this. We had booked the emblem for dinner, again you get one free meal here, however the menu was very limited and nothing really for myself and kids to eat so unfortunately we left and went for the buffet. It would be good if there was a menu to view before booking to avoid disappointment. If you arent a fussy eater then I think the emblem would be great. There is beer on tap along with soft drinks and water at the bar, restaurant and snack bar. Wine is also available to help yourself. The all inclusive cocktails are also great, My favourite was The Park Experience. The entertainment is varied, we loved the singer and the saxophone player. We had photos taken in the evening with the professional photographer, they were amazing so we ordered quite a few! We miss this place already and would love to come back.
