Service was as usual upon check in. However, we went down to the bar to get a drink. The seats were all taken at the bar. Since I find it rude to hover behind someone at an open hotel bar where we are easily seen, we chose not to do that. We first stood by the take out order area to see if we could get a drink menu. After being ignored we sat at a high top table just behind the bar seats. Although we were seen, we were never acknowledged and never helped. When I realized there was no hope for service after the gentleman helped the table next to us and still never acknowledged us, we walked away and bought our drink and snacks at the little shop by the check in counter and went back to our room. What a disappointment.
