Not recommend Mak dan saya booking 2 bilik.(1 twin & deluxe double),tengok gbr cantik.tpi bila dah masuk dpt bilik yg mcm ni??ok klu bilik mcm tu at least letaklah gambar bilik sebenar kat semua app supaya semua customer blh dpt lihat bilik sebenarnya bkn letak gbr cantik2 pastu tiba2 customer dpt bilik yg gambar kedua tu?ye bilik ade yg kecil atau besar tapi letaklah gbr yg sebenar.ni klu ikut gbr kat online ni semua nampak mcm bilik besar.mcm mana suruh customer terima?aircond pun bising&lambat sejuk..kita customer nk minta dua perkara je iaitu nk dpt bilik sama mcm gbr and bersih.

Location is plus point for me. A lot of local restaurants and pub surrounding.

Everything is going well except the internet connection is shared with all hotel tenant

I checked out of the hotel early Saturday morning. While I was on my way home, about 40-50 minutes after checking out, I realized I'd left my phone charger in the room. I called the hotel front desk and asked them to check the room and keep the charger, promising to pick it up later. The receptionist readily agreed. Later that evening, I called again to confirm, and they confirmed they had it. However, when I checked yesterday and today, they couldn't find the charger and were trying to evade responsibility. My charger is an expensive, original charger, not available in regular stores; you have to buy it at an official shop.

Room is okay, towel is smelly like tatters, location is far, breakfast needs to improve

Many good restaurants, cafés, and pubs are located nearby, making it convenient to explore the area without needing to travel far. Guests can easily enjoy local dishes, supper spots, and entertainment within walking distance. Overall, this hotel offers comfort, convenience, and modern style, making it a smart choice for a short stay in Johor Bahru.

The bed got quite a few stains or hair on it, room quite small but match with the price. The breakfast and staff is good!
