Overall, a great experience! The hotel is super close to the mall, which was a huge plus. The staff were fantastic – always smiling, very patient, and happy to explain anything.

All good except shower. Only rain shower, no shower Rose. Meaning my hair sure get wet. Not able to shower clean especially we can't hold the shower rose, too high up in ceiling, doesn't make sense. How to shower kids if they come along?

My 2nd visit to this hotel, a short 10 mins walk to mid valley or hourly shuttle bus provided. Clean room & great reception service. Breakfast was decent with more DIY stations than other hotels. Free parking. Overall will visit again in the future.

The room was clean and the hallway was spacious, so it wasn't noisy at night. There's a swimming pool on the third floor, but I didn't bring my swimsuit. It's very close to Mid Valley, but you still need a car to get there.

Decided to book last minute - initially cant book for family of 2A2C. WhatsApp them, replies was….sluggish. Finally manage to book and the room was…not like the initial ones. Previous booking it was really great. Room size room cleanliness. The room we got was small but there’s multiple hairs on the carpet. Especially with kids, that was just a no no. Call them via the phone provided, was put on hold and the line got cut off 🙂 Tried calling again, took quite a while before finally got connected. Upgrade the room for RM80. Whatever that was book on trip wasn’t as per advertised. Second, it was drizzling. So we went downstairs to take a look at the swimming area. There’s no towels. Call the front desk ask if the swimming pool is open, they mention “I think it’s open” Breakfast was subpar.

Opero Hotel is within walking distance to Mid Valley Southkey (probably 15mins walk). However, there is shuttle between hotel & mall. Food is superb, just worry eat too much. Hotel conditions is great. I like the swimming pool bar.
