Arrivée légèrement en avance pour prendre deux chambres d'hôtes (nous avions invité notre fils et sa petite fille de 5 ans à Saint-Malo pour la première fois). Les propriétaires acceptent de nous laisser la chambre une petite heure avant (15h au lieu de 16h). Belles prestations : piscine couverte, chambres très propres, endroit particulièrement agréable et calme. Le lendemain, après le petit déjeuner, nous pensions laisser la chambre à 11 h. On nous a fermement signalé de redonner les clés au plus tard à 10 h et fait remarquer que les horaires étaient clairement indiqués sur notre contrat. C’était exact et chaque établissement établit ses propres règles quant aux libérations des chambres. Le plus souvent, c’est 11 h maximum. Certains propriétaires sont flexibles, d’autres le sont beaucoup moins et nous aurions apprécié un tout petit peu plus de souplesse de la part des propriétaires de ce bel établissement. Il faut, à mon avis, savoir désamorcer ce type de situation sensible qui peut-être, si elle n’est pas gérée subtilement, le prélude d’une relation difficile avec des familles clientes. Cela gâche un peu l'expérience. C'est pourquoi notre avis n'est pas "excellent" . C’est dommage.

Superbe demeure, accueil professionnel et convivial. Très bel endroit calme avec des objectifs futurs d’évolution sur les hébergements. Petits déjeuners succulents à partir de produits locaux. Nous renouvellerons et le conseillons vivement.
