Honestly, It's my first time to stay at double tree by Hilton and I would say that it was memorable & impeccable experience! The location is superb! Only 5 mins walk to the old town/city centre. The hotel Furnishings are modern and comfortable. The breakfast was generous , delicious with different variations. The hotel Amenities like the gym, spa & sauna are super relaxing specially coming from a long trip. The rooms are spotless and spacious. The staff were helpful & courteous specially "GABRIELLA" shout out to her. If you are Coming from the bus/train station of Plovdiv take the bus no. 26 or 7. The price was ok for the services they've offered. I highly recommend double tree by Hilton and I can't wait to comeback and experience again my Hilton moments. The only things that miss my needs were the amenities in the toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush and etc and the rest were fantastic!

Hotel strategy located next to Plovdiv old town. It’s very convenient to go around by walking to explore Plovdiv. Hotel room is great, all in good conditions. If I have a chance to visit Plovdiv in the future definitely will stay again.

Clean and beautiful room. Nice bed. Smart tv but not netflix.  Free sauna and steam bath

It is very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. As for the service, a lot can be desired. No concierge, No bellboy, YOU arrive with a car, no Valet Parking, noone to guide YOU. Then YOU go to reception to ask for the parking and they tell YOU the parking is Full, and give YOU alternatives around the city, but the parking is full because there is a party at the restaurant and restaurant guests have filled all parking space, then there is no room for the hotel guests, which to me is unreasonable. You enter the restaurant, no host, no service whatsoever.. I am super disappointed with the level of ignorance in this hotel.

Nice hotel, located 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of things, comfortable beds, good shower, rich breakfast.

Clean and modern hotel with friendly staff. The underground parking is convenient. Easy reach to major attractions.

The room fully matched its description. Enough space, clean and tiny. Drinking water, tea pot and espresso machine were available. Iron and ironing board were also available. Breakfast was excellent, with wide variety of choices. Location was good- 5-7 min walk from the old city.

The location is superb, situated in a modern urban area surrounded by impressive buildings and adjacent to a bustling commercial district, making shopping and sightseeing extremely convenient. The hotel restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious and flavorful dishes, providing a very pleasant dining experience. The attentive and professional service is a major plus; the staff are courteous and attentive, handling all needs effectively. Overall, the hotel's facilities and services are of high quality, making it a very satisfying stay.

Significant deterioration compared to the past.... Breakfast still the same - I can't imagine being here. I was there for more than 3 days. Absolutely nothing innovative - no idea. The restaurant has canceled several dishes from the past - never mind, I personally won't come again... And as for the reception - those promises are false.... Late check out will be given to you Max until 2 pm - whether you are Hilton or not,t
