I arrived about two hours before check-in time and asked if early check-in was possible, but even though there was a clean, vacant room available, they told me, “You’ll have to pay extra for early check-in.” Generally, other hotels allow early check-in if there’s a clean room available, but this hotel didn’t. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, and there were so many ants in it.

Overall, it was quite good. The room had no strange odors, and there was a balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a beautiful view. They provide bicycles and electric scooters for use within a two-kilometer radius. There are also two swimming pools and two gyms, and you can play billiards and basketball. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. Overall, a pleasant experience!

I initially booked a room in Building 1, but the outdoor AC unit from the neighboring room was right on my balcony. Even with a wall in between, the noise still managed to seep into my room. I then switched to Building 3. Although it was slightly more expensive, the room was much better overall, and the soundproofing was excellent.

Overall, it was good. The room has basic of everything you might need. They also have shuttle van to 2km range area from the hotel, which can bring you to CK Plaza with lots of food and 7-11. What I like the most is they have body pillow in the room. Anyway, the hotel can improve on cleanliness for a little. There was some dust and hair here and there the first day I got in. There was one time, the body towel had very large yellow spots on both ends of it. And there were ants walking around. But anyway, I enjoyed the overall stay, because I only stayed for business purpose.

This hotel is the one and only hotel that better then others hotel in this location. The food of breakfast was so good taste. But there are another thing that should be improved.

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the room is very clean. Most importantly, the bathroom is spotless. The staff provides great service, and the price is very reasonable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

All staffs are super kind and polite. They also have car service for FREE if you called them for picking up (even in front of restaurants you went) The room was clean and big but still have some light stink in the bathroom but acceptable for me. Environment around was great! Lot of green area can give you relaxation from tired business day. There’s also cafe beside the Robby and dining room (but I’m not a fan of their breakfast to be honest…) However all staffs provided me super great service! I’ll repeat reservation next time for sure :)
