Super 8 by Wyndham Plymouth

Staff is very welcoming and helpful with any needs and questions. I really enjoyed my stay here. I would book agian and i would recommend to my family and friends.

Room was spacious nice staff. Was disappointed that sofa bed when opened up had candy wrappers and change in it from a previous guest

OK. Hair in the tub that was not ours. No USB outlets in entire room. Remote difficult to use. Video not HD. Help was smoking outside. Breakfast was "Prepackaged" but actually pretty good. Coffee was good.

The check in person was very nice and accommodating. The hotel itself is very outdated. Room 123 that we stayed in was very smelly and smelled like stale cigarette smoke which was very nauseasating. I got a stuffy nose and headache from the smell

Staff was nice. Place is a little rugged. Dated. It was fine. Odd smells.

Overall good clean service with all that we needed for a very comfortable stay. Thanks

TV had to be reset every couple of hours. Friday night desk clerk was super helpful. But when we checked out Sunday morning - the desk clerk was in her car outside the front door smoking. We would have assumed it was just a customer - but she asked if we needed a receipt!

Service ok but they need to work on hygiene. Sheets had many spot stains, towels were worn, and carpet in room filthy with stains. Super cheap everything inside.
