New Continental Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western Reviews

A nice , spacious hotel in Leeds. Parking is 7gbp per day. Friendly staff. Nice location. Needs a bit of modernising

We always try and stay at the new Continental as its in a an excellent location in Plymouth, the staff are very courteous and the facilities such as the swimming pool is marvellous.

A bit expensive for just a breakfast £15 bit I like it

Good comfortable stay with lovely leisure facilities and clean, well furnished rooms. Polite and informative staff in an ideal location to shopping centre, restaurants and theatre. Recommended.

Distance from Plymouth train station to hotel is walkable only if u are fit and if it's not raining or super cold. Otherwise taxi ride is recommended. Everything in this hotel is good.

We are a family of 6. Booked 2 rooms. We were amazed by the huge family room and the big toilet. Cleanliness was excellent. The staff was friendly. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful experience. Highly recommended. Love from Singapore!

Great place to stay while visiting family

Old but meet our requirements

They provided a neat and clean bedroom and bathroom. Everything is excellent except the bath tub water is not draining fast.

Overall my experience of the hotel was very good. The service, cleanliness and facilities were very good indeed. I would certainly book this hotel again and would recommend it for anyone that’s going to visit Plymouth in the future.

Lovely room massive room friendly

I left the New Continental Hotel feeling comfortable and relaxed. The hotel front desk and service staff were incredibly kind. Their warm hospitality made me feel the most comfortable I had during my business trip to the UK.
