Our family of four, including my mother, visited from Muan, Jeollanam-do. The chairs in our room were quite worn, and we found a number of dead mosquitoes, which was disappointing due to the lack of proper cleaning. My 83-year-old mother repeatedly remarked, 'What kind of hotel room is this, so run-down and dirty?' Despite these issues, the room itself was spacious, so we didn't feel cramped during our stay. I would consider staying here again, as having visited once, I now know what to expect. The nearby lake was beautiful, and the overall location was great. Overall, we had a good rest. The numerous delicious restaurants in the vicinity were a definite bonus. Thank you.

Located conveniently near Gyeonggi Province, my mother and I chose this place for its hot springs. However, check-in and check-out were handled via kiosks, and it was a bit inconvenient because my Trip.com reservation number couldn't be looked up. Thankfully, a staff member was nearby and quickly assisted us. The building is quite old, and the facilities are noticeably outdated. Apart from the hot springs, there isn't much else to recommend this place. The only silver lining, perhaps worth a photo, was the relatively large TV.

Sancheong Lake is within walking distance. The adjacent stream offered a refreshing escape from the heat on hot days. This seems like a great choice for family trips to Pocheon.

While the hotel isn't great value for money, it's considered a legitimate option in this area. For 1500 yuan a night, you get no breakfast, no toiletries, and not even bottled water. You literally have to provide everything yourself. The only upside is the hot spring bath downstairs, but even that costs an extra 50 yuan per person, and still no toiletries are provided. This is truly unacceptable. To top it off, I found a hair on the spare bedding. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing.

This is a great place for a family hot spring trip. The hot spring water is truly excellent. However, during public holidays, it gets incredibly busy, and finding a comfortable spot can be quite challenging, which was a bit of a letdown. Still, the water quality itself is undeniably fantastic.
