The hotel really is nice - it has a very nice pool. The hotel seems to have gradually faded - but thankfully the process is slow. It still has lots of charm and it is still OK - but within the next few years it will probably need some improvements. Some basics are lacking - the staff said they no longer provide hairdryers which was surprising. The fridge is loud which was disturbing in the night. The hotel buffet has an excellent selection though and the staff are generally helpful and friendly. It is also bearing in mind that in the city centre of Pocos de Caldas the Minas Gerais is still one of the better options.

The property was poorly taken care my room I found hair and dirty in the bathroom. The bathroom rug was dirty with black spots.
I was supposed to have access to a parking but it was full I had to park outside
When I arrive at the property my room was above a bar so the music was extremely loud

Hotel com estrutura muito boa! Café da manhã excelente, funcionários atenciosos, perto do centro, piscinas boas e limpas. Só melhoraria a internet, não foi rápida para notebook. Mas fora isso, maravilhoso!

Tudo ok! Apenas a escada da piscina impossível ser usada por idosos ou portadores de algum problema nas pernas. Muito antiga. Muitos hotéis já mudaram para outro modelo que tenha essa facilidade
