Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni in questo piacevolissimo B&B, che si trova nella località di Poggiardo e precisamente nella frazione Vaste, antichissima città messapica. Colazione buona e abbondante, la proprietaria ogni mattina porta i prodotti di una (ottima) pasticceria locale: pasticciotti, brioches alla crema, sfogliatelle ecc. Pulizia della camera perfetta. I due proprietari, Maria e Salvatore, sono persone squisite e la mattina capita di fare lunghe e piacevoli chiacchierate con loro. Segnalo che Salvatore, essendo anche guida turistica, è molto preparato anche sulla parte storico-archeologica relativa al Salento; per chi come me ama questo aspetto, è un piacere conversare con lui. Prezzo assolutamente contenuto, considerando anche il periodo (agosto). Ideale per chi desidera un soggiorno salentino, lontano dal caos della costa ma comunque in posizione strategica per raggiungere le principali attrazioni. Consigliatissimo!
