Nice people expect one at front desk. Must be better if they have any swimming   pool.

The room is very clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable along with the sofa that can be turned into a bed. The bathroom and the small bar is also very clean and the small bar comes with many kinds of snacks and coffee that we can eat and drink.

The room was extremely cold, and the heating system wasn’t functioning. We reported the issue to the receptionist, but no action was taken.

Thera are 2 things which makes me really love their room. One is that they don’t have carpet in the room. It’s definitely much cleaner with the wood floor. Especially good for people who is sensitive with the dust. The other is they have cool bright lights, that’s very good for business travel, it’s not going to make you sleepy. The toilet is super low, good for kids but not for tall people. Breakfast is better than other economic hotels since they have the fresh made omelets.

Everything about the place was great — spotless clean, and the staff were incredibly professional and friendly.

Great idea to offer drinks which helps us to socialize. Especially if you are alone. Room was excellent. Don't like the traffic noise but I slept well anyways.

It would have been better if breakfast was good too

Everyone were friendly except the India manager. He didn't look so kind. I made a mistake and order twice for one night. The reception ladies were kind and planed to cancel the extra room for me. But the India manager didn't agree from the begining. After two days. In the help of reception lady. He agreed to refund my extra money finally. But i felt much unpleasant In the process. I didn't get enough respect from that guys. My honest feedback

Convenient place

Good rooms. Near to airport

Waited more than 1 hour in the airport for the shuttle bus coming to pick up. Front desk did not answer the calls and automatically switched to a reservation line which was completely helpless and asked me to call again. No complimentary bottle water in the room. Very limited options for pack-and-go earlier breakfast. This is a hotel definitely overpriced without any sense of hospitality.

Stayed at the hotel during a delayed flight. The room was spacious. Breakfast was bare. No complementary water and the facial tissue box was depleted. When we notified staff regarding the tissue box, we were told it would be replenished after we check out.

I arrived late at night. The Hilton has a similar image. It was clean and nice. One of the two elevators was under repair, which was a bit inconvenient. Transportation was a bit inconvenient, but overall, I was satisfied.
