An Affordable Alternative to Expensive Accommodations in Poipu

Very cute spot, loved the semi-outdoor lanai/kitchen, a short 10 minute walk down the trail from a couple of beautiful beaches, and chairs and other beach necessities provided!Our host was very helpful in ensuring our needs were met and working with us when our flight out was delayed.

Location was perfect for 10 minute walk to convention at Grand Hyatt and beach. Never made it to the pool, not sure where it’s at. 2 minute drive to poipu beach where 20 large turtles were resting and beautiful sunset. The use of chairs, umbrella, ice chest and snorkeling gear was very convenient.

Total aloha vibe! Warm and welcoming, great location! Clean, everything you need for an island home away from home. Great linens, pillows and towels. Ditto to all the other guest’s reviews and more!

I enjoy my stay very much, but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate to be able to check out pool. But I would definitely stay again and the host was able to respond to all questions I had very promptly. The bed was very comfortable along with the pillows which is very important to me. The unit was also very conveniently located.

The hosts were excellent and very accommodating. The place could definitely use so freshing up with new appliances. However I feel if they would then have to raise the price, it would not reflect the needs of people looking for accommodations like these. Overall its perfect for what I paid, and the experience I was looking for.

very affordable clean, well-appointed rooms in host's house but private. Host was friendly. Walking trail to beautiful Hyatt grounds and Ship Wreck Beach. Access to pool and very close to Poipu Beach, golf and restaurants.

The hosts were simply wonderful, as was the location. Right across the street is a sidewalk that connects with the main sidewalk that stretches from Brennecke’s Beach to Shipwreck Beach. Easy walking to either beach or the pool that we’re given access to. I used the unit’s backyard a lot for lounging or using the table. Keep in mind that there is no AC, but there are ceiling fans and a large floor fan to pull in cooler overnight air.

Cam was great and super flexible! He also provided anything you would need for a beach vacation!!

Everything was as mentioned when we arrived. The room was inviting and had beach towels rolled on the bed along with a box of chocolate Macadamia nuts. Having the lanai kitchen area was a bonus as it was screened in and allowing the trade winds flow through the room. The host was responsive to our questions. Very satisfied!
