This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip, and also the most expensive at over $4000 a night! The environment, service, and facilities were all top-notch. Free parking and an unbeatable view were major pluses. The room came with a washing machine, dryer, electric stove, microwave, and a complete set of kitchenware and dishes. This was a wonderful surprise for us, as there really aren't many good food options on Kauai. We bought some groceries at the supermarket and cooked several meals ourselves, which was great. It saved us a lot of money and even cured our 'Chinese stomach'! If the price were closer to $1000 a night, I'd happily stay here for a whole month.

The beach in front of the hotel was wonderful. I was moved by the beautiful sunsets I saw every day. The room was new, modern, clean, and comfortable. It was a shame that RumFire ​​wasn't open every day. I would like to stay there again.

Property is a great place and location, unfortunately they made changes that now include a per day parking charge, which was not published at the time the reservation was made. The parking is not anything spectacular as it is and we have stayed here many times before with no charges for this and really no improvements were noted at this time. Maybe this is not a great deal to many people but when you buy a package with everything paid up front, I expect no surprise charges like this. Shame on you. Also had no water problems a few of the days we were there, not a total inconvenience.

I am on a nutrition meal plan and the kitchen had everything I needed. Great property and staff. Pools are perfect and restaurants are great value. Property is beautifully landscaped and well taken care of.

Staff and atmosphere was great! I have no huge issues it’s just not comparable to what I’ve had at Kōloa Landing next door. It seems like it was a baby version of Koloa Landing. The ice machine was kinda far off and the whole property was probably just huge that’s why things were spread all over like you had to go across the street for some stuff. It’s all minor stuff but I prefer Koloa Landing 100%. Not sure if there’s price I paid is worth what I got though considering. Also that you have to pay for parking per day….no bueno! It should be included with the price of the stay overall.

Resort area and beach access was amazing; definitely worth the price of admission. Room floor was pretty dirty, bugs crawling around the corners of the room. The walls are PAPER thin; could hear the people next to us and their television at night. Could also smell the horrible broccoli that they were cooking one night. Will probably not book here again
