The hotel is located next to the Poissy RER station. The reception is professional with smiling staff available to its customers. It has secure parking (€10 cash). The room is small but clean, well appointed and soundproofed (my room faces the avenue but no noise). Breakfast is buffet style with a wide choice of products. The quality/price ratio is there. I recommend this establishment.

I had a very bad experience in this hotel on Saturday July 8, 2023. This type of thing has never happened to me in Europe 5:45 p.m.: Check-in, everything is going well. We take possession of the room then leave. 9:00 p.m.: After having dined outside we return to the hotel and we come across a person who tries to enter the elevator as we exit, verbally attacks me and disappears without further explanation. We return to our room (218) 10:45 p.m.: Water begins to fall from the bathroom ceiling. I call, no one answers. I go down to reception and find two people behind the reception desk shouting at each other, including the person in the elevator. Given the conversation I deduce that the person in the elevator is a hotel employee. I share my problem with the gentleman who is not surprised (obviously the problem is recurring) and tries to find me another room. Meanwhile the other person comes upstairs and tries to enter the room in a very agitated manner while my friend is still in the room. She pretends to have a check. She comes back downstairs and yells at me (I'm at reception) telling me that I'm giving her orders (her words make no sense...). 11:00 p.m.: I go back up to change rooms. We move to 224, which by the way the air conditioning does not work... (it was 35 during the day). Too bad, we won't go to reception given the atmosphere... The room phone rings, I pick up: no one on the line. We're sleeping. The person comes back into our hallway, bangs on a door, and screams! 11:30 p.m.: We are panicked, we call a taxi and wait for her to leave the hallway so we can go down the stairs. 11:45 p.m.: Check out: we give the cards to the gentleman at reception and leave the hotel without sleeping there. While waiting for the taxi on the sidewalk we see a police patrol disembark. I sent a message to Accor's customer relations department but am waiting for a response.

We had a perfect stay at the hotel. We have absolutely nothing negative to say...the room was spacious, new, very clean, top bedding, beautiful walk-in shower of very good size, not a sound despite the nearby train station and a busy street . Super hearty breakfast, salty, sweet, dairy, fruit, varied hot drinks, fresh juice... Free and secure parking at the top. The value for money is more than excellent.
