The checking in wear slow until a guy came and he was so much faster than the lady. He handled two guest and she was still handling one Overall hotel was good . They have cooking and ev charging facilities. Lots of kangaroos around the hotel. You can see them on the golf course Location is good . Everything is not far away but you need a car for this hunter valley trip . Room can do with more cleaning

Good  location in the hunter valley, apartment was spacious and had nice views across the golf course with plenty of kangaroos lying about. The cleanliness could have been better on arrival but a chat with the reception it was soon rectified. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. The kitchen needs attention, limited cooking utensils, pots and pans but otherwise ok. We had a nice dinner at the restaurant at the golf club, lovely staff and food was good.

Second time staying here. Enjoyed our stay at Chateau Elan. The jacuzzi spa bath was good, however might need some cleaning.

Was very nice and clean excellent for holiday and family.

The room was disgraceful, small with nothing in it besides bed tv and kettle. If I would have known how bad it was I would never had got it.

Love everything excepts the beds are too soft and saggy. We keep coming back but truly terrible if you like a firm mattress!

The environment is especially quiet and comfortable, very suitable for families with children or couples.

Visiting Hunter for Wine tasting and general relaxing weekend. The room was lovely but a little bland.... maybe some plants on the verandah and wall pictures in the room? Also thought it is worth mentioning that high seating would be better on the verandah so we could have enjoyed the view without having to standup all the time to see the wildlife etc... The shower was an issue with water continually pooling outside of the shower cubicle making it dangerous as the bathmat wasn't enough to soak up all of the water.

The hotel was nice and clean, definitely worth the money. A great choice for a family holiday

Horrible rooms with very old furniture and design. Poor sound proof with noisy drunk guests, we could not sleep whole night. Pls, spend some money to renovate and upgrade your rooms!!! Not worth my money spent!!!

Really love this hotel. The quiet environment is great.

We were there for our wedding anniversary weekend. Shae and Rosie truly went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had an amazing time. The hotel is fantastic but their kind gestures made the stay memorable. Definitely looking to come back to this place
