A good deal for a family of 4 (2 adults 2 children) to be able to stay in 1 room and close to activities such as segway, horse riding, bar/bistro/restaurant. Don’t expect luxury but definitely decent hotel

Tried to cancel this two weeks prior to our booking due to a visa issue, but was refused any sort of refund. Of the 10 hotels we’d booked in Australia this was the only one which didn’t offer anything at all when all others gave full refund - three were non refundable bookings but they still gave a full refund , one 5 days prior to check in. Hunter never replied to any emails and the person I spoke to said she’d have to discuss with manager then nothing. Only time they said anything was when I reviewed them. Poor service and total lack of flexibility or even decency - had they even offered 1/2 refund I would have thought differently but they were absolutely resolute. Nothing!!

The WiFi signal is too weak to do work online. Laundry facilities are free and the mood in the restaurant was good in the evening.
