Splendid location on a hill overlooking Polignano a Mare, about 3 km away. from the centre. New structure with beautiful gardens on the property. Beautiful breakfast room or veranda in good weather. Tasty breakfast accompanied by pleasant conversation with the young owner. Nice room, not very large, and bathroom with large shower. Everything very clean and very bright. Air conditioning, wi-fi and TV with various streaming channels such as Netfix are ok. Unbeatable price. A wardrobe and drawers are missing, at least in our room but we didn't miss them. Excellent option to avoid the chaos of the village of Polignano a mare.

The room booked, although it was declared as having a terrace, was actually a room on the ground floor, with a barred window and a view of the common corridor. The only existing terrace is the common breakfast room on the first floor. Room without bedside tables (in their place wooden stools...), lamps, wardrobe (in its place exposed bar with 4 little men...), shutters (only a curtain, impossible to close if you leave the doors of the open window). Non-room fridge bar (noisy) and lack of hangers in the bathroom. Unfriendly staff, especially after pointing out the various shortcomings...

Scoperto per caso ,si è rivelato un fantastico week end camera confortevole,letto comodo, bagno nuovo , ampio,dotato di tutto e pulitissimo Colazione abbondante con prodotti freschi e frutta Ci torneremo

Location incantevole, stanza con ogni confort, colazione abbondante in terrazza con vista mare. Ideale per chi vuole stare lontano dal caos ma in un luogo signorile.

Abbiamo passata il week end del 18/19 maggio. La struttura non è male , camere e bagno nuovo. Per quanto riguarda il letto è piccolissimo credo non sia nemmeno matrimoniale , camere molto piccole . Per passarci una notte va più che bene ma oltre no perché diventa scomodo. Una cosa solamente ci ha molto infastidito : eravamo due coppie con due bimbi di 2 e 3 anni , i bimbi ovviamente non li puoi tenere legati, zitti e fermi specialmente a questa età , alla colazione la proprietaria si notava da lontano che era molto infastidita dallo baccano dei nostri bimbi . Ad un certo punto ci viene proprio chiesto espressamente di tenerli a bada e farli stare in silenzio perché c’era gente ancora che dormiva .la prossima volta ditelo espressamente, che le coppie con i bambini non sono ben accette . Sicuramente non ci ritorneremo anche perché i padroni di casa devono saper accogliere i propri ospiti .visto che noi abbiamo comunque pagato .
