Very pretty hotel with good facilities

E Went on a girls trip with my adult daughter. The service was top notch without the edge of feeling as though the staff was hovering. They met our every need promptly, professionally and with genuine interest and enthusiasm!!

Average 3stars hotel, poor 4stars, never 5stars Significantly overrated hotel, belongs in the 3 stars /low 4 stars category. Rooms/furniture are very old, used. Food is around a weak taverna. But the taverna would use fresh ingredients. This hotel (dinner) lives from defrosting. Service peaple are not trained, have low attention to customers. Reception is okay however. Still, no recommendation, far too expensive for what they offer and really to poor food quality for Italy. Don't waste your vacation days.

Excellent resort, staff was superb in each and every moment. Would recomend to anybody looking for relax, high standards od hoteling in a wondeful location

From the beginning, we got there they attended to every day they grabbed our bags, helped us at the reception desk gave us a beautiful room and wanted to do whatever we needed them to do. The staff was above and beyond the dinner was very close to being a top level restaurant. The breakfast was plentiful every morning. I think I was impressed that they always knew my name and they were easy to help us whenever we had an issue overall, I’m giving it a five star experience. I was so excited to say this because we came out of a hotel that only earned one star

A wonderful place to stay. Just returned from a memorable 5 nights at Borgobianco and can highly recommend it. All the staff were attentive and friendly, particularly Desiree who welcomed us at breakfast each morning and helped us with places to visit and restaurant recommendations. The peaceful location was a highlight as was the traditional Apulia evening. Thanks to all the staff; we will definitely return.
