What a wonderful place!!! We loved every minute of staying here. Beautiful staff- nothing was a problem for them, very clean, comfortable bed and great spa on the deck. If you have early check out prior to 0730 hours the stairs and luggage are a problem otherwise they have a wonderful strong young man to carry your bags.

An absolute gem! In the very best position in Polignano, with each room having a sunny terrace overlooking the pictuesque cove. We stayed in Selene suute, beatifully appointed with crisp linen on the bed and monogrammed towels. Each room opens onto its own terrace where Cristiana brings you a spectacular breakfast. All in all a wonderful place to stay and hope to return

Our experience was good but not great. We booked the Superior penthouse, 2 bedroom suite. Upon arrival, we were told we could only access one of the bedrooms (the second was locked), because we were only two people. When we tried to explain that we paid more to have the larger space, we were told that this is their policy, and that TripAdvisor does not provide them the ability to communicate this. So I feel I did not get what I paid for, and overpaid for the space I got. When we checked in, for some reason it took about 15 minutes of working with person at the desk to get WhatsApp communication set up. This was necessary because this is how they communicate with you. The room was in a separate building that is a few blocks away from the lobby reception area. There is a professional office on the 1st floor, and then rooms for the Musae Relais & Spa property. The person who checked us in drove us to the building in a golf cart. The rooms in this building must be accessed by stairs - there is no elevator. It was 70+ stairs to the floor we were on. Breakfast, which is brought to you, is adequate but not great. You can order a few things, including croissants. We ordered via WhatsApp, and were asked what type we wanted - jelly, Nutella, pistachio. When it arrived the next day, they were not true chocolate or jelly filled croissants, but plain croissants that had been sliced open and had jelly and Nutella spread into them. Since it is delivered to your room, you get one cup of coffee - there are no second cappuccino or espresso like in a breakfast room. The person who checked us in offered us eggs, but they were not on the menu. When we asked about this, we were offered eggs. Since they travel from another location to you, they were warmish upon arrival. To pay the departure tax, we walked back to the reception building to drop it off. Via WhatsApp, we were told that we could stay til the departure time and they would come pick it up, but that did not fit into our schedule. The room itself was clean and bed comfortable. It was very hot, and the air conditioner worked but could not keep the room truly cool. The patio space was nice and a good place for breakfast. The location of the building we stayed in was central to everything. I feel that the property did not live up to the way it presents itself online. While we had a comfortable stay, we would stay elsewhere next time.

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel was very responsive; they met us at the parking lot and took us to the place after we parked. The property had a town view, is 5 min walk to the LM beach, a hot tub, and breakfast delivered to the room. Highly recommend!

What an amazing place. We had a room with a private jacuzzi on the top floor - so wonderful to get home after a long day walking and enjoy the private pool. The staff were incredible- always willing to help and with recommendations. A huge thank you to Claudio who made us so welcome and also Alexia - first class service The train station is only a 10 minute walk and trains to Monopoli are cheap at £2 each way and only a 5 minute journey This hotel is high quality and we will definitely return

As with many things in life, it’s the people who make the difference, and that was certainly true here. We had a minor issue with our room, but the staff and manager were incredibly kind and apologetic. They immediately offered an upgrade to make things right. While we didn’t feel the upgrade was necessary (we actually loved our room), their willingness to go above and beyond really stood out and spoke volumes about their commitment to service. So thank you Musae Relais & Spa!!

Nicely situated hotel. Large room with veranda. We arrived very late so we didn’t know where the safe was, how to control air conditioner, how to use Spa Bath or lights in the room. No folder with that information in the room. Good breakfasts. Staff friendly and helpful. One thing though - it’s open plan so no door for the toilet/ bidet area.

Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and hotel staff. Everything is weighty and tidy. We stayed in standart rooms with street entry. The hotel has a very small reception, quite representative. Free shuttle, parking ( 20€) I recommend, for shot stay.
