"We had dinner at the restaurant. What a disappointment. The location is great but the food and service is very mediocre and terribly overpriced . The restaurant has a strange policy that requires that if one person at the party orders the fixed prix dinner, all need to order a fixed prix dinner - others cannot order a la carte. When it came pay the bill, we had extra bottles of water on the bill (at 10 E each) which we had to argue to get removed. Service and food were very poor. The environment is really neat but it the poor service and food does not make up for the unique setting. Very expensive and poor value."

"This is a real getaway location with exceptional staff and a tranquil feel. It is approximately a 10 minute drive to Polignano but a car is essential and the approach road is tricky. However, you arrive at an oasis of calm that makes it worthwhile. The accommodation is extremely spacious as it's in the style of apartments. If you're staying a few days, it's worth buying in some groceries as all mod cons are present."

"The external location is well looked after, as are the internal spaces. The dinner menu allows the choice of à la carte dishes or a tasting menu of 4 dishes of your choice (costing 80 euros). We did not opt ​​for the tasting and chose 5 dishes (first and second course) and 2 sorbets. The quality of the food is excellent, as is the dinner service. The only flaw, which made us leave with a bad taste in our mouth, was at the time of the bill. They gave us a bill that took into account 2 tasting menus (8 dishes) - instead of the 5 dishes and two sorbets ordered - and therefore higher than it should have been. When we pointed this out to the waiter he justified himself by saying that with this option (2 tastings) we would have spent less, which we pointed out was not true. We asked to redo the bill which was OBVIOUSLY lower than the one given to us. When we were given the correct bill, we weren't even given an apology, a gesture that we didn't appreciate at all. Given that education and correctness should be the basis of any restaurant service, in a 5-star farm it is essential. "Smart things" like these should never happen and if they do happen it is best to apologise. Sin."

"The hotel provides free parking, free bicycles, free afternoon tea and free breakfast, and the meals are very rich,  service is not  often thoughtful ! The equipment in the hotel is very new and clean, beautifully furnished, and the jacuzzi is clean.  But what surprised me was that according to the photo, I thought it was a two-story apartment. As a result, I had to go up the stairs outside to get to the rooftop, and there was actually a building outside the landscape. I wanted to have a 180-degree sea view. I can only see it from a certain angle. I feel that the photo is a little less distorted. There is a bit of deduction here . "
