Hired a three bed villa with pool. Villa itself was massive with four bathrooms and ample space for our larger family. Pool was cleaned daily by staff. Villa every 3 days which was fine for us. Free pool towels available from reception. All staff spoke English to some degree, most very well and were friendly and helpful. Minor niggles with our villa (broken airer, blocked toilet) resulted in staff appearing very quickly after we reported the problem to resolve it. Beautiful views of the sea from the main gardens and restaurant patio. Nice views of the countryside from our villa. This is not a lively resort hotel that caters to brits. It's a quiet family run hotel with no rowdy entertainment which suited us very well. Fellow guests were a wide range of nationalities who were all friendly and there to enjoy relaxing and peaceful holidays like us. Polis is a 15 minute walk. Hiring a car is recommended as the surrounding area is beautiful and worth exploring. Slight warning about going out after dark, our teenage son was"egged" by locals from a car as he walked the main road back from polis one evening from the local gym, which was unfortunate but no fault of the hotel. Good selection of food at breakfast and dinner. Even got to see some baby turtles hatching on the hotel beach early one morning. Would visit again without hesitation

The holiday was a last minute getaway with our 3 year old son for the summer holidays! We were welcomed so wonderfully, even when we arrived at 2am. The room was perfect size and the pull out bed was set up already. The rooms were clean and the aircon was working very well for the extremely hot weather they were having. Mini fridge had water in ready for us too! The hotel all in all was clean, the staff were friendly and couldn’t have done any more! The pools were clean and clearly treated on an evening, which was reassuring. The menu for food had a large selection to choose from but we did eat out in the town center a lot. So can’t comment on how nice it is! Breakfast covered a lot from yoghurt, eggs, breads and cereal. We never went without! The walk is about 25 minutes, but we did have a toddler! I heard that taxi’s charged around 10 euros each way. So would be worth looking into it if to much of a walk! Would highly recommend for a chilled family time! I would deffo come back! Top tip - book a sea view room. The view was incredible!

I stayed here with 5 friends. We had adjoining rooms facing the beach. The hotel was not busy - there were days when we were the only group around the pools. The beach and surrounding sun loungers were were equally quiet. It is so nice to sunbathe without people nearby or overlooking the space we were in. Many of the guests I did meet and talk to, were on the whole- returning guests. I can see why! We plan to return- next time for longer than 1 week. The hotel has its own olive and orange groves, bees and chickens. The Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have experienced. Wide range of home made unprocessed options along with the more traditional sausages, cereals, pancakes and toasts. I brought back some of the olive oil and honey they produce because it tastes so amazing. I am also going to try and make my own Greek yogurt. It was so thick and creamy - a delightful breakfast with their stewed apples. The staff I came across could not have been more accommodating. GG and Pandalise stayed behind after their shift to have a drink with us on our last night. The hotel owner and his wife were there most of the days always saying hello and checking in on us. The most relaxing holiday I have had in a long time. Cyprus is beautifully- it feels like we stumbled upon a secret that not many people Know about!

I went for a peaceful, relaxing, away-from-it-all break and got exactly that. Well-appointed and very clean room. Comfortable bed. Easy sleeping due to quiet location. Grounds are quite beautiful; huge lawn running down to the sea, an olive grove, rose garden, herb garden and fruit orchard. Lovely swimming pool, big enough to exercise properly or to float about and watch the sky if you prefer. Spacious, uncrowded dining room, with indoor and outdoor areas. Not a huge choice of foods but more than enough for any normal person. And the quality of that food is first class; delicious, both at breakfast and dinner. Usually a buffet dinner with about six mains but, when few guests are present, it's a set menu with choice of two or three mains. The beauty of a less-wide choice is that the kitchen staff can concentrate on quality; and they succeed! And oh, those home-made jams! Pleasant, small bar and large lounge area for pre- and post-dinner drinks and socialising. ALL hotel staff very pleasant, welcoming and helpful - they seemed genuinely pleased to help. As a solo traveller, I often get overlooked in restaurants in favour of couples, but not here; lovely waiting staff. Easy 20-min stroll into Polis for shops and cafes, plus bus stop for frequent bus to Paphos. 45-mins along coastal walk to more lively Latsi for harbourside and boat trips. Other guests generally middle-aged north European couples and solos seeking a quiet break from a busy world. Thinking about going back again next year.

This hotel is in a beautiful location only a 20 min walk or 5 min ride outside Polis. Easilly walkable to Latchi through the campsite and along the lovely promenade by the coast. It is a quiet peaceful place with a lovely long pebbly/sandy beach, again lovely for walking along for a couple of miles. The villa was perfect and cleaned every couple of days. The hotel team were super helpful and arranged car hire, boat trips, had bus time tables and local information. The food at breakfast was very good with a wide choice and the evening meals were excellent and very good value. There are lovely terraces around the hotel overlooking the sea so you can eat and drink surrounded by olive trees and beautiful gardens with the sound of birds, peacocks, cockerels and goat bells. The cats star as well! The local town of Polis is great for bars, shops, tavernas and just strolling around. The bus goes regularly to Paphos and other local destinations for only 2 euro each journey. Thank you for a really lovely ten days in your beautiful hotel.

As I said in the title, it would have been a 4 or 5 star review... but for the owner of the hotel. If he gets his way he will just have German tour groups staying. This time last year we came to the Hotel Natura Beach for 2 weeks. Great time, room was quiet , overlooking the Orange and Lemon trees, the staff were helpful, breakfast was beautiful, 10 buffet dinners and 4 set meals. Buffets were spoiled by the German tour groups. A lot of people thought that! But, we booked again for this year, at first everything was good apart from the Germans stealing food from the Breakfast Buffets. The breakfasts are still amazing! Evening meals were 10 set meals and 4 Buffets. Was this because of the Germans stealing from the breakfast buffet? We were looking forward to booking for the same time next year... Then a few days before we left the German tour groups decided they would have a late night party with 'Thump thump' music, drinks and floodlights on the tennis court. The owner was all for this! So much for the hotel being 'quiet and peaceful '. The staff were still good, it wasn't their fault. But if this is the way the hotel is going, they are going to lose a lot of repeat customers, but seeing that he doesn't want the British there...

5th trip to a fantastic hotel . Had a slight issue with room on arrival ( no faults of the hotel . My mistake for not contacting them ) . This was sorted very quickly . The usual relaxing holiday . 2 weeks of pure chill out . Breakfast was good , the coffee has improved since our last visit . Yes their are some areas that may need a new lock of paint but nothing that spoilt our holiday. See you again

Having stayed here last year we was excited to come again this year unfortunately it was awful. Bathroom had a sewage smell there was bird muck everywhere the sheets was dirty and when reported to staff one was very helpful the second time reporting an older gentleman was rude and acted like we disrespected him. We reported to our agent all the issues with pictures and the hotel claimed we took them from an out of use Villa. We wouldn’t go again and would advise caution if you book. The only positive is the views.
