Fantastic family experience! Arrived for a week with four girls and was delighted at what we arrived to! Staff were extremely helpful at all times and the amenities were spotless. Lots to do from the inside out, there was only a few kids in the hotel but that didnt stop the entertainment crew giving it there all! Inches from the beach and shops also. Food was great, all inclusive snacks were fantastic highly recommend going all-inclusive. Also a special mention to dennis for going above and beyond at all times to make sure the kids and ourselves were looked after! Really made us feel at home. Already looking at next year. Thanks to all the staff that made it an amazing trip!

what a great place to stay, less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Nice and easy to find as its easily the tallest building in the area. We had a double room with a sea view and we couldn't have been happier with the room and with the view and what a view! The room was clean and easily big enough for our needs. Flat screen tv (never switched it on), small fridge big enough for a few bottles and your normal coffee making stuff. The bathroom was clean with all the normal facilities that you would expected. There is small bar just outside the grounds that seemed to have live music most nights but they seemed to stop playing between 11 and midnight and tbh it was quite nice listening to the music while chilling on the balcony at the end of the night. I don't think we ever really had any noise issues from the surrounding area or from fellow patrons in neighboring rooms. From the moment we arrived the staff where friendly, welcoming and happy to help with any questions or issues. Cleaning staff did a good job making sure the room where cleaned to a high standard. We paid for B&B and the choice at breakfast was great, everything from a cooked (fry up) breakfast to fresh made pancakes. Good choice of drinks at the bars. A great little blink and you'll miss it coffee bar with some really nice coffee. This Holiday was our first husband and wife holiday (no kids) in 25 years and picked Puerto de Pollensa after reading about the area and looking at youtube and google. We loved the area and couldn't have been happier with our choice and a good part of our happiness is the Cabot Pollensa Park Spa, It was the cherry on top of a very nice cake

It’s a lovely hotel in a great location. The hotel is spotless. The staff are a credit to the hotel. The hotel offers bicycles for 10 euro s for an afternoon. The beach is 2 minutes away and is lovely and clean. The hotel has paddle bats and courts for a deposit of 10 euros which you get back.

Just back from a weeks family holiday..lovely break away..we were B&B..breakfast was fine..plenty to choose from with lots fresh fruit available..Nice Hotel..clean..decent size room with balcony..not a lot of storage space but we managed..very comfy beds..slept really well..fridge temperature in our room wasn't very cold..two good size pools..great pool with waterslides for the younger children. Plenty of sunbeds..but downside was they were really uncomfortable to lie on. The pool did have lifeguards but unfortunately they were not always present at the pool!..which i noticed on several occasions!..great location..bars/restaurants/shops close by..5 minutes walk to beach and Promenade..centre about 10-15 minutes walk away..can't comment on entertainment as we never stayed in the hotel at night..but on our return it could be a little bit noisy but it didn't go on all night..drinks at bar seemed reasonably priced..staff were nice and approachable..had an issue with the lock on the balcony door and kettle not working in the room..but both were dealt with the same day..main issues for us were very uncomfortable sunbeds and lifeguards not always present around pool.

It is an ideal hotel for a family BUT the illustration of the rooms size wise and what they contain when booking online like we did is not to scale. We booked for 2 adults and a child and you could barely swing a cat in the named superior room. There was just 3 fold up beds so not even parents can sleep together, a rail beside the TV to hang clothes on with only 10 hangers, no drawers to put clothes in and just 3 shelves. You have to spend the whole holiday with 90% clothes creased in their cases and iron when using. No where to account to store more than 1 large suitcase out of the way and we had to pile our washing underneath the kettle. The positive for the rooms is that cleaners do an amazing job despite the obstacles when you are left no optician than to leave it as you have to. The rest of the hotel, cleanliness, food, staff, pools, kids entertainment and close shops is really good. Just suggest no more than 2 people to one standard superior room even though it’s advertised sufficient to accommodate 3 unless you’re not fussed on what you get

Its a good hotel, but the experience was very negative due to the fact that the company/ Hotel now seem to put themselves before the customers, i guess if you have a guarenteednumber of visitors each year, this can happen, many rooms not up to standard, and information about pricing was not fully comunicated by Jet 2. I believe new rooms are being made available 2024, and boy are they needed, at its best this was a great place to be, but Cabot have not maintained the standard of Fergus Style, drinks on the inclusive menu are awful, ask for a red wine , you get cheap sangria, etc. food is decent but not as good as it previously was and I ate locally often as the repetition was tiresome, in the canteen like restaurant, dont get me wrong , fabulous new kids pool, and big general pool, lovely foyer and seating areas, close to the stunning beaches, but having been there many times the place needs better rooms, better food and drinks and a real management shake up. Will i go back, yes but im reluctant to pay premium prices for a hotel that as i said puts its own requirements before customers, lets hope next time round it has improved, the entertainment which i avoid used to be ok and varied forfamilies, including mine, less so now, anyway we shall see, you will love being here, but might choose to eat out and pay for drinks that used to be on the includive menu. Finally don't accept any old room, youll be paying a lot to be here, and corners are obviously being cut its a shame as ive been in many glorious hotels and still love this one, maybe im wishing for days gone by! A couple of years on and we do miss this place it has almost everything you could want as a family, but although the lady manager did offer us a couple of pool facing rooms they were low down and she suggested we wait for possible better ones that never arrived, and at any way the showers were cold at peak time, not acceptable at the price you pay, it’s history, over 15 years or so, this has been a place we’ve loved dearly. If I stick to practicalities, I stick solidly by my view that given the high price you pay her for “ all inclusive” many of the drinks are awful, and I’m still rattled by not being able to have a glass of red without paying extra at the bar. We would happily though come back but alas this lovely little port has become Spains most expensive , the Hotel is just out of reach and for the same money we are going to Kefalonia again, and to a magnificent villa in Portugal. Time to move on but for those who will be there, you’ll have a great time

This is a disappointing review to write, mainly because with a few simple improvements the hotel could offer a far more enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, our experience fell well short of what we expected from a 4-star property. Suite & Room Comfort We booked a suite, and to be fair, the room itself was lovely. We had a spacious corner suite with beautiful views over the sea and marina. The bed was clean and comfortable. However, only one bottle of water was provided on arrival and it was never replaced—something that feels very poor for an all-inclusive stay. Pool & Facilities Guests were required to wear rubber caps in both the pool and the jacuzzi in the spa. I have never encountered this anywhere else, and it felt unnecessary and quite ridiculous. On top of that, despite being all-inclusive, guests were charged €3 for the caps—a clear money-spinner. When heavy rain arrived, the hotel inexplicably closed the pool bar even though people continued to swim. This made no sense Reception & Service Reception was consistently staffed by immature and unprofessional employees. On several occasions, staff were laughing in guests’ faces while sharing private jokes with one another—completely inappropriate for front-of-house staff. They set the tone for the hotel, and unfortunately that tone was poor. A prime example: we booked a taxi for 8:00pm. We went outside at 7:55, waited, and at 8:10 returned to be told our taxi had arrived at 7:30—something we never asked for. The staff shrugged and said “sorry.” That was it. Food & Drinks (All-Inclusive) The all-inclusive drinks offering was one of the worst we’ve experienced • Wine came from a tap and was served in chunky, unattractive glasses—not what you’d expect at a 4-star hotel. • Cocktails were made using syrups and tasted artificial. Not what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. Proper cocktails were available, but only at an extra cost, so the “all-inclusive” was far from all-inclusive. The lunchtime buffet at the pool bar was exceptionally poor. It seemed to consist of leftovers from breakfast alongside dried-up, lukewarm burgers and hotdogs. The selection never changed in two weeks, and food safety felt questionable due to the holding temperature. A separate snack menu was available, but incredibly, all-inclusive guests still had to pay for everything on it. Entertainment & Atmosphere Animation staff in the bright yellow shirts were often loud, shouting and jumping into the pool—not creating a relaxing environment. Very little activities by the pool took place. Music by the pool was also poorly chosen, with staff playing rock music from what appeared to be their personal playlist. When guests complained, the solution was simply to turn the music off altogether. Evening entertainment was low quality and uninspiring. To top it off, the main bar stopped serving all-inclusive drinks at 11pm, after which guests had to pay. I have never encountered this in any other all-inclusive stay. Lack of Man
