**Title:** Excellent Stay with Thoughtful Accessibility and Outstanding Staff I had a wonderful stay at Park Inn and would happily return. From check-in to departure, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help whenever I needed assistance. Their professionalism and kindness made a real difference and contributed to a very positive experience. As a wheelchair user, I especially appreciated the accessible bathroom. The roll-in shower was well designed and one of the better accessible showers I have experienced while traveling. It was spacious, functional, and easy to use. My only suggestion for improvement would be the height of the toilet in the accessible bathroom. For many wheelchair users, as well as those with physical issues in general, a toilet seat height of approximately **450–480 mm (17¾–19 inches)** from the finished floor to the top of the seat can make transfers safer and more independent. This small improvement, along with the height of the railing by the toilet, would make an already accessible room even better. Overall, I had an excellent stay and sincerely thank the entire team for their warm hospitality. I highly recommend Park Inn to other travelers and appreciate the hotel's commitment to accessibility.
