The only good thing about this place is the girl at reception, very helpful and always ready to help. Cleaning is available upon request. They just made the bed. They didn't sweep or take out the trash. They didn't change the sheets or towels even once in a week. There's no hot water, it's lukewarm. The curtains are torn. It's located in a beautiful secluded spot that's difficult to reach. The walk to Palolem requires going over high cliffs or around them. Don't take children under any circumstances. You won't be able to get there drunk either. There are no lights on this road. Overall, it's best to go home early. If I come back to this hotel, I won't go back. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends.

The location of the hotel is amazing. It is located in a small bay together with other hotels, with common paths, flower beds and access to the beach. The view from the top floor is gorgeous. Through a small mountain by steps - the transition to Palolem. During the day, music plays on the beach, you can go to meet the sunset and sunrise on a boat or a kayak. The girls in the hotel are very nice, they will tell you everything, rent a bike and call a taxi through them. Good English. It is better to eat in the village on Palolem beach, there are many cafes at reasonable prices. The food in the hotel itself is cheap, but I did not like it at all. There is no refrigerator in the room and in public places, but beer and water are sold at reasonable prices at the reception. Take a bike from the hotel, ride ***** the southern beaches and enjoy your vacation.

Very good location & very near to beach. Has prefabricated rooms but comfortable. Found little unhygienic lobby area as stray dogs were sleeping on sofas. Receptionist especially, Ms. Sujitha was quite helpful. The main Palolem beach is across a cliff around 4-5 minutes walk.

Reaching from Bustand/railway station or airport to this place takes hours. Inspite of this it is located in the corner of the polalem beach. Very narrow road.Their service of pick and drop is CHARGEBLE where property people will not all reveal they make you to forcefully pay at the time of leaving if you are asked them to help for a day cab facility they ll directly inform that cab driver to get the money from us. Which is highly ridiculous none of the resort or any stay cation property does this! Apart from that rooms are too cozy u don't have a proper wooden door just a balcony door is considered as main door. Toiletries are cheap quality. Only good in this resort stay is they give you a tour plan correctly. Rest all worst experience. Cab facility is the pathetic experience we had. While coming they make us to pay like a bomb. Please don't trust this property by looking Google pics. Very disappointed

Location is very good, however room maintainence could have been better. Just 2mins away from beach feels like you are staying in a private beach.

First thing you face problem with is parking and then are very basic. You don't have intercom in the room. Kettle was kept but no complementary tea bag or coffee. In the morning there was no water in washroom. Best thing about room was sea view from the balcony.
