The hotel is very nice, everything is clean, and it's cleaned daily. The breakfasts are simply amazing, there's something for everyone. The only thing is, you need to be more polite to the reception staff. Otherwise, it's simply wonderful. The rooms are luxurious, the bed is snow-white, and the hotel has a nautical theme. They offer shuttle services to various beaches.

Номер полностью соответствует описанию. Комната с новым ремонтом и оборудованием. Большая двухспальная кровать. Балкон с видом на горы. Уборка проходила ежедневно. Полотенца так же меняли ежедневно. Весь персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. Помогут с решением любого вопроса. Расположение в 10 минутах ходьбы от пляжа. При отеле есть трансфер, может доставить на три пляжа, ходит по расписанию.

Excellent hospitality right from the valet, front desk experience, room check in , attention paid by the staff towards the small details . Good spa as well . Ms Mariam in the breakfast buffet section and Mr Pankaj (the guy from Siliguri ) , both of them are exceptional in their service towards the guests .

Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Staff were polite, helpful, and always smiling. Truly a pleasant experience — would definitely recommend! Few names come to my mind who made our stay very special (Marium , Tushar , Sneha, Suraj, Reshma, Puja, Joshua, Sanloy F&B , Ashwin from reception, Yash Regards Roicy

Had a wonderful experience with family at gateway goa palolim. Ms Marium, Reshma and Tushar were very supportive and cordial. Made our stay really memorable. Food and accommodation is worth the price. Hotel has a wonderful pool and good spa facility. Food is delicious. One of the best places to Stay in South Goa. Thank you Taj Gateway Goa Palolim 😍

We have stayed here for the wedding function. The hotel is located at best location facing to the Arabian sea. Excellent hospitality with warmth courtesy Staff are very dedicated towards their job. Special mention to Ishan, Shefali, Anjali, Pankaj, Tmaro, Prashanasha, lalit Mr. Durgesh was very helpful and kind to make sure everything goes perfect. Great job done by entire team.
