The location is perfect, the staff are hardworking and super friendly, and the food is both delicious and affordable. Tip: book a beach hut and try the fresh fish — you can pick it yourself right by the sea and enjoy it at your table on the beach. Thank you, and see you next time!

Good location with good environment. Must visit. Near the palolem market . Good Food. Amazing sunset view. Good for family visit. You can see the disciplinary at the hotel. You can also find boating at nearby. Childrens will really enjoy so thumsup palolem.

From start to finish our 3 night stay ( was 2 but extended it ) was amazing! Beautiful location on the beach front - a little piece of paradise!! The manager ( Reno ) and all the staff especially Gaurav looked after us incredibly well! This made our stay one of the best we’ve had in Goa! Our room was Deluxe Ocean view - I don’t think I could ever tire of looking out over the beach and sea- a really comfortable bed , A/C , fan , a lot of storage and hanging space and great bathroom. Food is lovely in the restaurant - great selection on the menu especially breakfast and always an array of fresh fish and seafood to be bbq in the evening! And all at a very reasonable price too . A quieter end of Palolem but within walking distance either ***** the beach or road out back to the busier end! Still enough to do though - boat trips, hire kayaks etc or just lie on a sunbed and watch the world go by! Which suited us to have the choice! A very flat resort easy enough to walk even with mobility problems - the sea has a real gentle shelf to walk into aswell - no sudden drops! So as you can tell we loved this place and definitely be returning to our little bit of paradise as soon as we can xxx

The property is right by the beach towards the north end.. That makes for a nice quiet stay away from the noise. The access from the main road is through another property but its a minor inconvenience. The rooms are big and clean and the staff is excellent especially Ranjith. The food is the only letdown in an otherwise nice stay which made me give a star less. The ambience could be improved but overall a nice place to stay and would surely recommend.

We stayed for 14 nights in a front sea facing chalet and it was excellent. We loved the beach front location. The chalet was very comfortable and clean. The food was very tasty and all the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you all for a lovely holiday.
