If I could give stars below zero , I would, it's 1.30 am when I am writing this review , my friend had to take an emergency medication due to his heart condition, they provide 2 bottles of mineral water which is included in their room price of Rs.9440 without any included meals. Unfortunately owing to the very hot and humid weather today , our said included water supply and more purchased during our travels got exhausted over due time . At about 1 am , my friend was feeling unwell , he needed to take his heart related medications and we needed a bottle/glass /anything of water which we were ready to pay for, with whatever amount they would have quoted then , but Mr.Kamlesh who was at the reception then or maybe someone else who used a false alias,who was at the reception at that particular hour at 1 am blatantly refused to provide us with any drinkable source of water , which we very specifically mentioned was for an emergency medical condition, even a little would have sufficed to take the medication required, we enquired again and again with him for a potable source of water which would suffice our very empirical need , but he straight off denied any source of drinkable water , even to go as far as insinuating drinking water from the bathroom wash basin tap supply which is what we ultimately had to resort too , as we had no choice after scavenging for any last source of water , including a very empty mini bar and not an ounce of water we could scavenge from our anyway depleted resources , thus subjected to no emapthy or remorse or attempt to aid us in anyway, by the said individual ,inspite of stating our very need at that vulnerable moment , to which he blatantly stated very scathingly remarking that we should've gotten our water supply from their very own restaurant next door by 10.30 pm which is their closing time , thus predeterming our need for a basic necessity that is potable water which is neither kept in the minibar of the room nor is supposedly available for sale at any given point after 10.30 to 11 pm which we never imagined in our plethora of travel experiences throughout the world would be commoditised with respect to irrational restricitive timings by greedy owners and management without a complete lack of hospitality , empathy and responsibility towards the well being of the said client/patron.We tried a lot for an hour to no avail, thus I would like to conclude that better stay away from theese greedy uninformed bunch of individuals and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. The next day the owner /manager called us and used utter foul language for confronting his staff and putting a review on Google , pls stay away from this place.
