Breakfast was complimentary still no arrangement was at hotel, rooms were smailing, no hygiene at all

The location of the property is too Good. Behavior of staff is so Nice. I recommend to all tourist must stay in Hotel Martins Crest during your visit in South Goa.

The staff here is rude especially the restaurant staff. Worst experience will not recommend anyone to go here unless and until they are looking for a bad experience. The AC was not working properly, the fan was slow, hot water was not running (it was fixed only after we complained). The person at reception was only good. The restaurant staff was the worse that I have ever come across in all my stays so far. We had included breakfast but they said they don’t have buffet, we said that’s okay but when we asked for anything extra such as bread, the restaurant staff charged us for that. I don’t know what’s the point in providing unlimited breakfast when the customer will have to pay. The restaurant staff was so rude that they used to get irritated whenever we came for breakfast and ordered something. Due to this behaviour of the restaurant staff, we decided to skip the breakfast altogether on last day . Worst experience

It was amazing stay with Martins crest,I will recommend everyone who are traveling to South Goa,especially Palolem beach is only 3 km ahead . very much satisfied with affordable price
