This hotel has a very fine atmosphere and we feel that we are in Italy. Great Breakfasts, the restaurant was very nice to eat there in the evening. I will probably go back in the future.

Shole the owner and staff gave us impeccable service, the area not convenient for tourism. The rooms were prestine. The food was fine. Good for business.

Discreet. Good value for money, friendly staff, an excellent restaurant and pizzeria with wood-burning oven. Comfortable room although in need of some modernisation, particularly the bathroom. The only negative note is the sofa bed, which is a bit rough. Good breakfast, with top coffee and cappuccino

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a great time right from the time of booking. The owner Mrs. Marfisa immediately proved to be extremely helpful and friendly. Upon arrival everything was very easy and friendly. Next to the hotel there is a restaurant where we dined discovering the best carbonara and amatriciana ever eaten. The rooms are clean and the staff polite and present. The breakfast, included in the room rate, was excellent and plentiful with home-made and non-industrial products. The structure is very close to two playgrounds in Lazio and the Castelli Romani: an excellent solution for getting around the area. Tutto il personale è estremamente cortese, educato, simpatico e disponibile. Le camere e gli spazi comuni sono pulite. La colazione è buona. Ottimo avere il bar in struttura aperto H24. Tuttavia andrebbero fatti degli interventi di manutenzione: ruggine, fili che escono dalle prese, nella stanza a me assegnata si sentiva puzza di fognatura, porte in legno un po’ rotte ed il letto cigolava. Un vero peccato perché la struttura ha del potenziale anche in termini di posizione, ma andrebbero fatti questi interventi di manutenzione. Comunque una buona esperienza, per me conta molto la pulizia… quindi OK!
