"New and fairly clean. It's a shame, however, that part of the building overlooks a beach club that, in the afternoon, had organized an aperitif with loud music and people we practically had on the terrace, given that the apartment was on the ground floor. When we called to report this and that there was absolutely no possibility of rest, we were told that it was not possible to choose a room since we had a special agreement with the property... in the end, we preferred to go out for a walk and return in the evening, hoping there hadn't been any more parties. Another drawback is that the parking isn't enough for everyone, and when I returned that evening, I had to leave my (new) car on the street. Considering that one of the reasons we chose the property was its private parking, it would also be advisable to leave at least a bottle of water in the refrigerator."
