This condo is on the 5th floor and sits high enough in the building to provide an unimpeded perspective, yet is low enough to enjoy the calming sounds of the waves breaking as you drift off to sleep. This 885 sq. ft. little gem is a great getaway, bright and beachy, and is situated with a great view of the Ponce lighthouse jetty. It is only a 3-minute walk down the beach to the famous "North Turn" restaurant & mini museum, where you can relax with a drink at the bar, listen to local live music, or play a pick-up game of sand volleyball on the no-drive, turtle sanctuary beach. Or, if you are a homebody, grab a cup of coffee/K-cup and walk out on your condo's private balcony in the early morning to catch the sun rise over the water before heading down to the main floor with your book to relax in a breezy Adirondack chair. The unit is right in front of the pool and steps from the stairs that lead to the beach. Our porch has a ramp that leads right to the shallow end of the pool.
