SpringHill Suites Sandpoint

This is a new location with modern and big rooms. Unfortunately, they only had an ADA double queen available when we booked a standard King but it was clean and well furnished nonetheless. We enjoyed the free breakfast but disliked the $10 parking fee when there's nothing in the surrounding area that would call for such a fee.

Very beautiful location as well as beautiful hotel. The breakfast was really good as well. Our bed was terribly uncomfortable is my only complaint but other then that it was a great stay and will go back.

We stayed in a dog-friendly room. Although it looked fine at first, the room did not feel thoroughly cleaned in the corners and detailed areas. Considering this, the $75 + tax pet cleaning fee did not seem very reasonable. We arrived around 11 p.m. after a six-hour drive, and the first staff member who greeted us was not very welcoming, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the food was good and the swimming pool was enjoyable. We would not stay here again.

Awesome room and it actually looked like the picture onscreen! Staff were so nice and gave us some great Local information! I would highly recommend!

The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. The guy at the bar was great, the room was spotless. The hot tub felt amazing and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t anything extraordinary, but it was a good standard breakfast.

Trevor at the front was absolutely awesome. Quick easy check in and so far love everything.

Pros: - clean room - helpful and friendly staff - water fountain on the ground floor Cons: - parking $10/night - no EV charging for Tesla at the property or in Sandpoint - limited restaurant options around the hotel - banana is the only fruit available at breakfast :(

This is a new hotel with great sized rooms, very nice staff and I love that it includes a free breakfast. We will definitely come back but there are a few things that surprised me so just be aware. 1) Parking is $10/day even though this is a rural hotel and there is plenty of extra parking 2) Housekeeping only comes every other day so if you only stay two nights they don’t come 3) when you arrive the hotel run a pre authorization on your card for any incidental you may or may not incur. If you don’t incur additional costs then the amount gets refunded to your card but it will hit your card until it’s refunded. I would have appreciated ******* and the hotel makingq those three things clearer before I booked.

Tons of hidden fees and had to pay for parking on tip of hotel charges. Overpriced microwaved food at their little bar area... never coming here again!!
