I booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip for a vacation, expecting a comfortable, clean environment. Instead, it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. The state of cleanliness and maintenance in the room was shocking and completely unacceptable: Severe Mold: The most horrifying part was opening the pillowcases to find the actual pillows covered in thick, dark mold and mildew. This is a massive health hazard, especially when traveling with children. Dilapidated Furniture & Doors: The wooden furniture and main doors were completely worn out, severely stained, and looked like they hadn't been cleaned or polished in a decade. The bathroom door was rotting and peeling at the bottom, making it look incredibly unhygienic. Poor Maintenance: Everything in the room felt broken down and dirty. Basic upkeep is completely non-existent here. MakeMyTrip should thoroughly vet the properties they list because what is promised on the app is a far cry from the unhygienic reality. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. It is not safe or fit for families. Zero value for money and a complete waste of our hard-earned vacation.
