big room, ample space with 2 double bed. breakfast great and a new hotel in pondicherry which I will come back to stay.

It’s a beautiful, new Hotel with lovely, comfortable rooms, however the location is nothing like the pictures - it’s right in the middle of a crowded street, far away from the Beach & White Town. We had a few issues with the staff incompetence at the Reception & Bar. Breakfast had a lovely spread of food yet they got the most basic thing wrong - Chai. The masala chai was terrible. The rooftop restaurant is serving excellent food yet they’re selling basic ‘tax free’ Sula Wine for 4000rs each! During checkout, the ladies at reception literally forced me, twice, to give the Hotel an excellent review! Only 3 staff members stood out for their service - Raja, Divya, and the Housekeeping Manager. They tried their best to make up for the lack of service on behalf of their colleagues. Apart from these 3, all other staff need to learn the basics of customer service. It’s a shame as the Hotel has so much potential but is let down by the staff. I would not recommend or return back to this Hotel.

Location of hotel is very good. Service staff are so slow and not very polite.

Came to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too.. Pro: -Service is super fast and feel like luxury. -Indoor pool was great and very clean. -Gym had trainers in the evening i guess. -Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide. -centre of the city yet so quiet -Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious - iPad with lot of high tech - expresso was had to make but they give help u. - good Wi-Fi - valet parking Con: Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it. Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

The bathroom is very bad toilet smell, all come out , called many times complaining, no reaction , spent 12000INR getting one room , so bad

Good hotel with good amenities. Good location. Just the 3 rooms in front near the road has loud sound from cars. Try to avoid the front 3-4 rooms. Welcome was excellent. Reception staff excellent. Breakfast area staff averaging in serving. Sometimes not so willing to serve. As no manager was there to supervise as per my understanding and observations.
