The Promenade

The hotel is at an excellent location. The staff is amazing and the food at the restaurants in really yummy.

It's the only good looking hotel by the beach. While booking the room, mention how many of them are staying here even if its just 2 person. I booked 3 rooms but the hotel charged us for 3 person the reason that they gave was a ******** saying that each room was booked under one person name, so we will charge for the extra 1 occupancy. Except this, this hotel is perfect in every thing.

The hotel, as named, is located on the promenade, and the sea-facing room we stayed in was a treat for the eyes. The sit out in front of the hotel was serene. The room was very well appointed and kept extremely clean. We loved the three balconies the room had and the way the glass doors had wooden panels instead of curtains. The service levels were excellent, with very little waiting time for our requests. The view of the sunrise from the room and their restaurant, 'Bay of Buddha', was the icing on the cake.

Overall, our stay at the Promenade was simply commendable. The service time was quick and everyone was very warm and helpful. Any requests were attended to immediately. All the staff were very warm and polite. The variety of food and the hygiene was well maintained. It is a completely family -friendly place. If you want a beach view, you can always ask them or opt for standard sea view or premium sea view. Deluxe sea view doesn’t give you a beach view but is quite spacious and perfect for family. The other two rooms give you a comfortable beach view. The front desk were cordial and friendly. Special thanks to Zara, Sneha and Prabhu. Our stay overall was very enjoyable and I would definitely recommend this place for a cosy stay.

Awesome stay with a breathtaking sea view right from our room. The room was spotless, the food was excellent, the amenities were great, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A truly relaxing and memorable experience.

The location is one of the best in Pondicherry, right near the beautiful beach and surrounded by the charming streets of White Town. Waking up to the sea breeze and taking evening walks ***** the promenade made the experience even more special.The hospitality was truly impressive. Neelavathi was very sweet, humble, and patient in communicating all our requests, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Shiva also helped us a lot, especially with parking arrangements and even getting medicine during an emergency, which we genuinely appreciated. Their care and support made a big difference to our trip. The hotel atmosphere, beachside view, and the calm vibe of White Town together created a memorable experience.
