The room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good.

The hotel has great facilities, especially the indoor swimming pool which is a huge bonus for children. From the hotel, it's about 10 minutes walk to the town centre where you can find many restaurants. The room furniture is slightly out of date but the hotel offers great breakfast, I have to say the coffee machine is the best.

It’s a bit far from the city center but the views are so good, the hotel is really clean and the staff pleasant. I think it’s a great hotel to travel with kids cause of the amenities.

The hotel is fine, highlighting the breakfast with a lot of variety and quality, it is a bit far from the center about 20 minutes walk and the attention at the reception is quite questionable, the attitude of the blonde girl at the reception leaves much to be desired.

I don't think it's right that they require a cap for the pool but don't indicate it when making the reservation.

Excellent hotel, where we were warmly welcomed. Very peaceful, with a pool, sauna, and Turkish bath, and the added bonus of providing towels for use both in the hotel and outside, on the beaches or in the thermal baths, which can be changed whenever necessary. The breakfast is very varied and emphasizes local produce, cheese, fruit, and yeast cake. Definitely a must-try.

The cleanliness rating of 4 is due to the pipe smell in the bathroom. The rest of the room was impeccably clean. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel is located in an area where there is plenty of free outdoor parking.

The pool didn't have hot water due to a problem, they knew this but didn't notify us before booking and it was the main reason for choosing the hotel, the sauna was cold, one of the showers didn't work and the Turkish bath only when I was leaving did I realize there was a button to turn it on.

Good facilities. Weak bed with weak mattress with a hole. The worst part was that one of the nights the hotel had a party and the noise they made could be heard on the 4th floor. I called reception several times and although they said they would resolve it, it didn't happen. I recommend always asking if there will be parties, otherwise no one will sleep. Good breakfast. Location with parking. In the city center.

Very good hotel to stay, either for a getaway or for a longer stay. Provide a pleasant experience. Very good facilities, nice decor, good cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Spa area, pool, jacuzzi etc is nice. Breakfast is good and varied and the dinner buffet is great, with lots of options and tasty food.
